It is the middle of the night and I am soothing Aislinn again.  I am sure it is a nightmare involving The Monster.  The Monster is a former nurse that abused Aislinn.  Aislinn still fears that the criminally charged Monster will harm her.

I can only imaging the deepth of the Aislinn's  psychological scarring. The out pour of support has been something beautiful and bitter sweet.

I told the story of Aislinn's abuse to our local 9news channel. A gifted journalist interviewed me and the rest of my family. I cried a lot more that day.  I am sharing the heartfelt article with you in hopes of saving even one family from this horrible and life changing event!  Perhaps we can roar together to change the current laws in 14 states that do not require background check for nurses.  Here is the link to the article aired yesterday AND a warning that it is graphic.

I know my struggles with the finding justice may not be your passion, however, one day you may change your mind. Wouldn't it be nice to have a peace knowing there were documented legal cases and updated laws to one day protect yourself, your children, and your elderly parents from  the same heinous abuse?

We recently received an update regarding the charges bought against The Monster.  The Assistant District Attorney (ADA) is willing to plea bargain the felony charges down to disdemeanor charges and such Please know that nothing has been agreed to formally.  That will happen on Monday October 22, 2016.

Misdemeanor charges are not justice for the crimes committed against my severe special needs daughter Aislinn or anyone else going through the same thing!

I do encourage you to join me in my ROAR.  Perhaps you feel compelled to reach out to the ADA on this case.  The DA's office feels that misdemeanor charges equals justice for Aislinn. Be a part of The Voice for a conviction of a felony and to NOT agree to a plea down to a misdemeanor by sharing your thoughts with the DA's office before Monday morning's arraignment at

Let's ROAR together!
